When will my exchange order be processed?Updated 9 days ago

Please note that exchange orders are not automatically processed.

Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow us 3-5 business days for your exchange order to be processed. Your exchange will be issued once we validate the condition of the return.

We reserve the right to refuse the return and exchange if the original item was returned used and worn. 

Flux Footwear is not responsible for untracked, lost, or damaged returns in transit. Please ensure you drop off your return at the carrier listed on the provided label. NOTE THAT USPS AND UPS ARE DIFFERENT CARRIERS.
