When will I get my return label?Updated 6 months ago

After you fill out your return request on our return portal, please allow us 1-2 business days to review your request. If your shoes are in like-new condition based on the photos you provided, you will be provided with a prepaid return label via email else, we will be in touch with some follow up questions.

We reserve the right to deny the return request if the products are in used condition.
