If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, accept for returns and exchanges for footwear items within 30 days of purchase*, as long as the shoes are in like-new condition. While exchanges are free, returns will incur a $13.00 shipping and processing fee.
(To ensure the shoes are not damaged in any way, we encourage you first try the shoes on with socks on, on a carpeted surface.)

If there is a manufacturing defect within 1 year of your original purchase, we'll replace the product free of charge.**
*Big Sales Events: Items purchased during sales events (30% off discount or more or during a BOGO event) are final sale and not eligible for a refund. However, you will be eligible to exchange your item.
**For manufacturing defects, please reach out to us at [email protected] so that we can validate the defect. In the event that the original item is out of stock or discontinued, we will issue a Flux gift card of equal value to the original purchase.

Flux Footwear is not responsible for untracked, lost, or damaged returns in transit. Please ensure you are dropping off your return at the carrier listed on the label provided. NOTE THAT USPS AND UPS ARE DIFFERENT CARRIERS.
