Once your return begins tracking, we’ll automatically issue your refund or process your exchange.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with your refund details or new order number.

If a refund is issued, please allow 3–5 business days for it to appear back in your original form of payment.

Flux Footwear is not responsible for untracked, lost, or damaged returns in transit. Please ensure you are dropping off your return at the carrier listed on the label provided. NOTE THAT USPS AND UPS ARE DIFFERENT CARRIERS.
