**Please also note our returns and exchanges policy that your shoes must be in like-new condition. Photos will be required to validate the condition of the shoe. If the returned products show signs of wear, we may not be able to complete your transaction. Additionally, please note that while exchanges are free, returned products are subject to shipping and handling fees.
Flux Footwear is not responsible for untracked, lost, or damaged returns in transit. Please ensure you are dropping off your return at the carrier listed on the label provided. NOTE THAT USPS AND UPS ARE DIFFERENT CARRIERS.
