**Please also note our returns and exchanges policy that your shoes must be in like-new condition. Photos will be required to validate the condition of the shoe. If the returned products show signs of wear, we may not be able to complete your transaction. Additionally, please note that ALL exchanges and returns are free.

ALL items marked 30% or more or CLEARANCE are strictly non-returnable - this means no refunds, no exchanges, and no gift cards.All items marked FINAL SALE or purchased during a BOGO event are eligible for exchanges only. 

Flux Footwear is not responsible for untracked, lost, or damaged returns in transit. Please ensure you are dropping off your return at the carrier listed on the label provided. NOTE THAT USPS AND UPS ARE DIFFERENT CARRIERS.
