I received a damaged/missing/incorrect item - what should I do?Updated 6 months ago

Please email [email protected] as soon as possible to report the issue.

For damaged items, please provide photos. 

For missing items, please provide details on which item is missing. NOTE: Sometimes, we do ship your order in multiple packages. Please track your order HERE to confirm that the item in question is indeed missing rather than unshipped.

For incorrect items, please provide the following photos in your email:

  • Photos of the product in the shoebox
  • Photos of the shoebox including the label on the outside of the box
  • Photos of the shipping label
