Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?Updated 5 months ago

To avoid delays in shipping your order, we process orders as quickly as possible. Once orders are sent to our warehouse, we cannot guarantee that we can update or cancel your order. Most orders (unless backordered) are sent to the warehouse within 30 minutes of when the order was placed.

If you would like to make any changes, please email us at [email protected] ASAP and include the Change Order or Cancel Order along with the order number in the subject line.

You will be able to locate your order number beginning in #FLUX- in your order confirmation email or on the order confirmation screen.
